LOVE FOR SALE” è il titolo del nuovo album collaborativo che vede ritrovarsi Tony Bennett e Lady Gaga dopo il successo del 2014 di “CHEEK TO CHEEK”.  Il disco verrà pubblicato il prossimo 1 ottobre e sarà un tributo a Cole Porter con duetti e interpretazioni soliste di entrambi gli artisti.
“LOVE FOR SALE” sarà disponibile in edizione standard, deluxe, vinile e un box set da collezione ed è già disponibile per il preorder (https://tonygaga.lnk.to/LoveForSale).
Il primo brano che anticipa questo nuovo progetto è il duetto in “I Get A Kick Out Of You”, disponibile in tutti gli store digitali .
“I Get a Kick Out of You” è una cover di Cole Porter tratta dal musical “Anything Goes” del 1934.
Il video di “I Get A Kick Out Of You” verrà presentato in anteprima esclusiva venerdì 6 agosto alle ore 18:00 su MTV (Sky 131 e in streaming su NOW) e su MTV Music (Sky 132 e 704) .

Tony Bennett ha celebrato ieri il suo 95mo compleanno con uno show alla Radio City Music Hall durante il quale ha presentato i brani che hanno segnato la sua carriera. ONE LAST TIME: AN EVENING WITH TONY BENNETT AND LADY GAGA sarà in replica anche domani sera, 5 agosto (entrambe le date sono andate sold out immediatamente).
L’idea di pubblicare “LOVE FOR SALE” era già nell’aria quando i due artisti hanno pubblicato il primo disco collaborativo “Cheek to Cheek”, disco pubblicato nel 2014 che ha debuttato al 1mo posto della Classifica Billobard e ha vinto nel 2015 il Grammy per la categoria "Best Pop Traditional Vocal Album".
Registrato agli Electric Lady Studios a New York City, il disco contiene un mix di brani jazz registrati sia con arrangiamenti orchestrali che con un ensamble jazz.
Al tempo delle registrazioni a Bennett era già stato diagnosticato l’Alzheimer, una condizione che la famiglia ha reso pubblica agli inizi di quest’anno.
Per celebrare il 95mo compleanno di Bennett, Lady Gaga ha invitato i fan a condividere sui social dei video dove raccontano una cosa che amano di Tony utilizzando l’ hashtag #Tonys95thBdayCard.
Lei ne sceglierà alcuni che metterà insieme per un video che racconterà le 95 ragioni per cui lei e i fan lo amano.
