Fabio gianni e the LATIN SOUND MACHINE
The project was born from an idea of Fabio Gianni, Italian pianist who began to play salsa music 15 years ago and performed with latin orchestras, playing with artists as R. Blades, Cano Estremera, Maelo Ruiz, Tony Vega, Paquito Guzman, Ray Sepulveda, David Pabon, Alex Acuna, el Rubio Loco and many more. He also composed, arranged and recorded songs for various latin bands and was co director and arranger of the musical The King of the Mambo. The Latin Sound Machine project is based on the contamination of salsa music with pop, soul, jazz and rock music.
That's why the songs are singed in english.
The LSM particular sound is due to the great singer Fabio Ilaqua (artist and composer) and to the mixture of Italian and latin musicians.
